The mother of the late Malayalam television and film actress Saranya Sasi has made an emotional revelation about the invaluable support of actress Seema G. Nair during Saranya’s final days. Speaking about their home “Sneha Seema,” which was built through Seema’s relentless efforts, Saranya’s mother shared how crucial having a permanent home was when Saranya passed away. She noted that if they had been living in a rented house, the landlords might not have allowed them to bring Saranya’s body there, forcing them to take her straight to the crematorium from the hospital.

Saranya Sasi, a beloved actress in Malayalam cinema and television, passed away two years ago after a prolonged illness. Throughout her battle, Seema G. Nair stood by her like a mother, eventually ensuring the family had their own home. Saranya’s mother recalled that Seema insisted on building the house despite her own initial hesitation. She added that even if the house had not been built, she is certain Seema would have taken Saranya’s body to her own home in Ernakulam rather than letting her remain abandoned.

During a phone call in the same interaction, Seema G. Nair also shared her deep bond with Saranya, describing her as a daughter from a past life. She recalled an incident near a temple where Saranya had soiled her clothes due to her illness, and Seema cleaned her up without any hesitation. Seema also arranged for Saranya to be dressed beautifully like an angel in a white gown with makeup for her final journey, showcasing a bond that went far beyond professional acquaintance.
