Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 has officially begun its promotional journey with the logo launch on Lalettan’s birthday, May 21. The new logo features the Latin word “Democracy”, hinting at this season’s central theme.

Commoners Entry: Agni Pareeksha

The commoners will enter through a special pre-season show called Agni Pareeksha on Asianet. From 200 applicants, 100 will be shortlisted, then 45 will be selected for the show. A panel of 3 judges and 1 host — all former Bigg Boss contestants — will select 3 commoners, while public voting will select the remaining 3, completing the 6 commoner spots.
