The first method involves mixing two large spoons of bleaching powder with water, then spraying it on grass. The bleaching powder destroys chlorophyll in leaves, causing them to wilt and dry quickly. The second method uses a solution of salt water and a spoon of toilet cleaner (Harpic), which draws water out of plants. The third method is simply covering grass with plastic sheets, which takes about a week to kill the grass completely.
