The Kerala state ration distribution details for the month of June have been officially announced, bringing key updates on food grain allocations and shop schedules. Ration shops across the state will remain closed on May 31 and June 1, with the new month’s distribution officially commencing on June 2.

Under the new schedule, Yellow cardholders (AAY) will receive 30 kg of rice and 2 kg of wheat for free, along with up to three packets of wheat flour (atta) at ₹7 per packet, though sugar will not be distributed to them this month. Pink cardholders (PHH) are eligible for 4 kg of rice and 1 kg of wheat per member for free, plus one packet of atta at ₹9 based on stock availability. Blue cardholders will get 2 kg of rice per member at ₹4 per kg, and White cardholders will receive 4 kg of rice at ₹10.90 per kg, with both categories having the option to purchase a packet of atta for ₹17 if stock permits.

Additionally, beneficiaries who have not yet claimed their kerosene quota for the April-May-June quarter can purchase it during June. Yellow cardholders are eligible for one liter of kerosene, while Pink, Blue, and White cardholders can receive half a liter of kerosene.
