Popular Malayalam actor and comedian Naseer Sankranthi recently opened up about his newly built three-story house and his preference for a simple, nature-aligned lifestyle. Located near serene paddy fields, the house represents a significant milestone for the actor, who rebuilt it on land he purchased over two decades ago.

Reflecting on his journey, Naseer revealed that the property originally housed a small, tiled structure. Due to financial struggles in the past, he had to rent out the property and live in rented homes himself. It was only a little over a year ago that he demolished the old structure to construct this spacious three-story home, which now features a home theater on the top floor and balconies offering peaceful views of the countryside.

Despite the modern amenities, Naseer emphasizes his love for old-fashioned living. He prefers the natural breeze from the paddy fields over air conditioning and enjoys watching classic films of veteran actor Prem Nazir in his home theater. The actor also shared that he values the quietness of the location, away from the hustle and pollution of the nearby medical college road.
