A simple technique can prevent car windows from fogging up during rainy weather, even without using the air conditioner. The method involves applying a diluted shampoo solution to the interior glass surfaces.

To use this trick, mix a small amount of shampoo with water in a spray bottle. Lightly spray the mixture on the front windshield, side windows, and rear glass. Then, wipe the glass clean with a newspaper. A thin residue of shampoo remains on the glass, which prevents condensation from forming quickly.
