Wish Fulfillment Technique: The Special Time Within 24 Hours That Makes Wishes Come True

Astrologer Pregeesh B Nair shares a powerful wish fulfillment technique rooted in the ancient science of breath awareness. According to this method, there is a specific time window within every 24-hour cycle when your wishes, when made with focused intention, are destined to manifest.

The technique is based on observing your breath through the nostrils. There are four key time periods during the day when you should check which nostril is more active: early morning between 5:30 and 5:45 AM, between 6:00 and 6:30 AM, late morning between 11:00 and 11:45 AM, and mid-afternoon between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. The time just before falling asleep at night is also significant.

Place your hand on the side of your nose — not directly in front — to feel which nostril is carrying more airflow. When you find that the left nostril is dominant during one of these windows, that is your special moment. At this time, offer gratitude to Parameshwara (Shiva) and Parameshwari (Parvati), state your wish clearly in your mind, and then at noon, meditate on the form of a Shiva Lingam, visualizing your wish as already fulfilled.

The method also incorporates the Hamsa breathing technique — an advanced variation of the So’ham meditation. As you exhale, mentally chant “Ham,” and as you inhale, mentally chant “Sa.” This practice, done for just a minute or two whenever you find a quiet moment, awakens the inner spiritual energy, connects you with the divine consciousness, and removes obstacles from your path.

The astrologer emphasizes that these are Shiva vidyas (sacred techniques) meant only for good purposes. They should never be used with negative intent or to exploit others, as such misuse brings karmic repercussions. Alongside these practices, he recommends visiting a high-energy Krishna temple once a month, a Bhadrakali temple once a month, and a Shiva temple once every three months — ideally temples located at a distance from your home.
