In the viral video, the former police officer recounts his interaction with an accused individual who allegedly assaulted 21 women. Jacob claims he questioned the accused about why he targeted an elderly grandmother and a young granddaughter in one household, suggesting that while assaulting middle-aged, married women might be “understandable,” targeting a virgin granddaughter was unacceptable.
