Popular Malayalam actress Asha Sharath celebrated the engagement of her younger daughter, Keerthana, in a grand ceremony held in Kochi. Keerthana got engaged to Akhil in the presence of family, friends, and prominent personalities from the Malayalam film industry.

Unlike her mother and elder sister Uttara, Keerthana has chosen a path away from the film industry. She recently graduated with a degree in Synthetic Biology from Western University in Canada. The engagement ceremony was graced by several top Mollywood celebrities, including Dileep, Suresh Gopi with his wife Radhika, and Jayaram, among other film and television stars.
