Celebrity makeup artist and former Bigg Boss Malayalam contestant Jaanmoni Das has opened up about the online trolling she faces, particularly addressing those who mock her by comparing her to the late Malayalam actor Kochu Preman. Speaking on host Ranjini Haridas’s YouTube channel, Jaanmoni shared her perspective on handling social media negativity and cyberbullying.

Jaanmoni stated that while she generally enjoys and laughs off trolls, she feels saddened when the name of the late actor Kochu Preman is used to insult her. She questioned the lack of respect shown by trolls toward the legendary artist, noting that such comparisons are disrespectful to his legacy and must be hurtful to his family who might see them.

During the candid conversation, Jaanmoni also addressed comments asking her to leave Kerala for Bangalore, clarifying that she is originally from Assam, not Bangalore, and has no intention of leaving Kerala. She also lightheartedly defended her famous “curses” from her stint on Bigg Boss, stating she would do it again as she considers Kodungallur Amma to be like her mother.
