A tragic and mysterious incident has shaken the Kadaakkal area of Kollam district, where an expatriate couple was found dead in their bedroom on the very day they were scheduled to return abroad.

Sugathan and Latha, residents of Kadaakkal Anchumukku, were well-known and beloved figures in their community. Despite living abroad for years, they maintained close ties with their hometown and were known for helping the poor and those in financial need. The couple had two children and lived a happy, financially stable life.

They had returned home on vacation a few days ago. After completing all their local arrangements and finalizing plans to go back abroad, they went to sleep on what should have been their last night in Kerala. But that night turned out to be their final one.

The next day, when a young man arrived at their house to pick them up for their journey, there was no response. Upon investigation, he discovered both Sugathan and Latha lying lifeless in their bedroom. The news sent shockwaves through the community.
