The Kumbh Mela viral star and her husband have moved the Madhya Pradesh High Court seeking to quash a case registered against them, alleging that the police are not allowing them to live freely. The couple filed a petition claiming that officials fabricated government documents and submitted them before the court.

The petition demands an investigation into the alleged conspiracy by police officers behind the fabrication of documents. It also calls for a probe into attempts to create communal provocation. The couple argues that their first birth certificate was arbitrarily cancelled and has sought its restoration.

The case was registered at Maheshwar police station in Madhya Pradesh. The petition has been filed through advocates Subhash Chandran KR, Aniruddha KP, and BL Nagar on behalf of the viral star and her husband.
